With the Oscars just a few days away now, you might be wondering how to get yourself caught up on some of the Oscar nominated films and performances that you missed in theaters.

This is your best chance to get caught up on films, performances, or even more technical aspects of this year’s best movies before sitting down to watch the Oscars this weekend.

Some of the more recently released nominated films are still playing at theaters near you. But if you’re busy like most people are: grab a copy of my list, head to your local video store or queue your streaming service of choice, fire up the TV, and get comfy on your couch.
One quick editorial note: as reported in my previous article ‘Academy Awards 2013: Predictions, picks, and Vegas odds’ I stated that the actors who had portrayed James Bond would all be getting together on stage at the Awards show.
Sadly, this will not take place, but Oscar telecast producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron reported in an interview (Source: Deadline) that, ‘It’s something else, something very unique and exciting…’ to commemorate 50 years of Bond on screen.
